artwork, and a 50% deposit. You can fax or e-mail your approved estimate

| Finally, your camera-ready artwork is needed to process your order.
Your balance is due when your order is delivered and you have approved
it. Every order you place with us is backed by our service guarantee

| Provide us with your camera-ready artwork in an electronic

| Once you approve your estimate and provide us with your deposit, all
that is needed is your artwork. You order will get underway once we
receive it. The last step before your production begins is approval

| If you can’t find your artwork or the designer that created
it to get a copy, don’t worry. You don’t have to let that

image is done, we’ll even provide an electronic version for

| Pricing: A2Z Printing & Specialty Items makes
every attempt to avoid errors in pricing and product information.
If a mistake occurs, we reserve the right to correct it and we apologize
for any inconvenience it may cause. A 50% deposit is required to initiate
the order. |
| Special / Custom Orders: Special orders are not
returnable. Customize orders requiring imprinting or embroidery should
be inspected before going to production. We can not accept responsibility
after garments are imprinted or embroidered. Please allow 4 -6 weeks
for delivery. |
| Colors & Shrinkage: Although the finest threads
and dyeing methods are employed, actual colors may vary. We are not
responsible for slight variations in shades and color fastness. Also
we can not be accountable for shrinkage due to excessive heat. |
| Return Policy: All orders should be inspected promptly;
all claims for damages or shortages must be made within 7 days upon
receipt. We reserve the right to inspect all returns to determine
if repair, replacement or credit is due. |
| Minimum Orders: There is a minimum order of six
for embroidery orders and a minimum of 12 for screen print orders. |
Shipping: UPS ground is the method of shipment generally
used. Please allow 3 -7 days for shipping
